The Shamanic Breath Journey
The Shamanic Breath Journey Ceremony begins by establishing safe and sacred space. Individuals lie down comfortably with blankets, pillows and a eye mask breathing the Shamanic Breath pattern to chakra attuned music for 30 – 70 minutes, surrendering and connecting to their Inner Shaman Healer.
Each person’s Shamanic Breathwork journey is a highly individual process and no two are ever the same.
